Kladit Promotion Policy

Welcome to Kladit, the premier destination for fashion enthusiasts, designers, buyers and sellers. This Promotion Policy provides detailed guidelines for using our paid promotion services to increase the visibility of shops and products within the Kladit platform. By accessing or using our promotion services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. The purpose of this policy is to maintain a fair and transparent marketplace that benefits both sellers and buyers. 

Purpose of Promotion

The purpose of Kladit’s paid promotion system is to empower sellers by providing them with tools to increase the visibility of their products and shops within the Kladit platform. Our promotional offerings are designed to:

Boost Visibility: Enhance the placement of products and shops.

Drive Sales: Increase the chances of converting views into sales through improved exposure.

Expand Reach: Allow sellers to reach new audiences, including targeted demographics based on user behavior, preferences, and geographic location.

This policy ensures that promotional activities are conducted in a fair, transparent, and ethical manner, fostering a positive user experience for both sellers and buyers on the Kladit platform.

Eligibility

To participate in Kladit’s promotion services, sellers must meet the following eligibility criteria:

a. Shop Compliance:

Sellers must fully comply with Kladit’s Terms of Service, and any other policies that govern the operation of shops on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

Accurate Representation: Sellers must accurately represent their shop, products, and services, avoiding any misleading or deceptive practices.

Operational Stability: Shops must maintain a positive selling history, including timely fulfillment of orders, adherence to product descriptions, and responsive customer service.

b. Product Quality:

Products promoted on the Kladit platform must meet high standards for quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship. Kladit may, at its discretion, review and verify products before approving them for promotion. Products that are:

Counterfeit or Unauthorized Replicas: Not eligible for promotion under any circumstances.

Low Quality or Defective: Products that do not meet Kladit’s quality standards may be disqualified from promotion.

Violating Intellectual Property: Sellers must ensure that their products do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

c. Adherence to Laws and Regulations:

Sellers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the sale and promotion of their products. This includes, but is not limited to:

Product Safety Regulations: Compliance with consumer protection and product safety laws in the regions where the products are sold.

Advertising Standards: Adherence to legal advertising standards and regulations that apply to online and digital marketing.

Tax Obligations: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with any tax obligations related to the promotion and sale of their products.

Promotion Packages

Kladit offers a variety of promotion packages designed to suit different business needs, whether you are looking to enhance the visibility of your entire shop, individual products, or a combination of both. These packages are crafted to maximize exposure, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales. Sellers can choose from the following packages:

a. Shop Promotion:

This package is designed to promote your entire shop to a broader audience. When you opt for Shop Promotion:

Homepage and Category Visibility: Your shop will be prominently featured on the homepage, category pages, or within relevant search results, allowing for increased exposure to Kladit’s user base.

Shop-Focused Campaign: Clicking on the promotion leads directly to your shop, highlighting your entire product range and branding, thus attracting more potential buyers to explore everything your shop has to offer.

Brand Building: This package is ideal for sellers looking to strengthen their brand presence across Kladit, positioning their shop as a go-to destination for buyers.

b. Product Promotion:

This package focuses on promoting individual products within your shop. Ideal for sellers looking to highlight specific items or seasonal collections, this option provides:

Sponsored Product Listings: Selected products receive priority placement on the home page.

Enhanced Product Focus: Clicking on the promotion leads directly to the promoted product’s detail page, driving sales by bringing the buyer’s attention directly to the item.

c. Expo Promotions:

Expo Promotions offer a balanced approach by promoting both your shop and individual products within a more compact and cost-effective package. This package is perfect for sellers looking for a lighter promotional effort that still drives traffic and visibility:

Combination Exposure: Your shop and selected products will be promoted in the form of stories on the kladit homepage, providing a dual boost to both your brand and individual items.

Affordable Visibility: This is a great option for sellers who want to increase visibility but are working with a smaller promotional budget.

d. Promotion Duration:

For all three packages, sellers can select from a range of promotion durations:

Short-Term Promotions: Typically 7 to 15 days, these are ideal for sellers looking to drive quick results, such as during a sale event or product launch.

Long-Term Promotions: Ranging from 30 days to ongoing campaigns, these options provide sustained visibility over a longer period, ensuring that your shop or products remain top-of-mind for buyers.

Payment and Billing

a. Payment Processing:

All payments for Kladit promotion services are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway (Liperpay). Sellers may choose from two payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards

Mobile Money.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient funds available to cover the cost of their selected promotion package.

b. Billing Cycle:

Promotion charges are billed at the start of each billing cycle, which corresponds to the duration of the selected promotion package.

One-Time Promotions: Sellers are billed upfront for the full cost of the promotion package.

c. Refund Policy:

Promotion fees are generally non-refundable. Sellers are responsible for carefully reviewing their promotion selections before making payment. However, refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, such as:

Technical Errors: If a technical error on the Kladit platform prevents the promotion from running as expected, Kladit may issue a partial or full refund at its discretion.

Platform Violations: If Kladit determines that a promotion was in violation of platform policies and removes it, refunds will be issued only if the violation was due to an oversight on Kladit’s part.

Refund requests must be submitted to Kladit’s customer support team within 7 days of the promotion start date for consideration.

Promotion Content Guidelines

Promotional content must meet Kladit’s content guidelines, which are designed to maintain the quality and integrity of the platform. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all promotional content complies with the following standards:

a. Accuracy and Transparency:

Promotional content must accurately represent the products being promoted. This includes:

Product Descriptions: Descriptions must be clear, truthful, and free of misleading information.

Pricing: Prices listed in promotional content must be accurate and reflect any applicable discounts or promotions.

b. Image Quality Standards:

Images used in promotional content must meet Kladit’s image quality standards, which include:

Resolution: Images must be high resolution (at least 1000 pixels on the longest side) and free of pixelation or distortion.

Lighting: Images must be well-lit and clearly display the product from multiple angles.

Relevance: Images must accurately depict the product being promoted and should not include unrelated or misleading visuals.

c. Language and Tone:

Promotional content must maintain a professional and respectful tone. The use of offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language is strictly prohibited. All content must be:

Culturally Sensitive: Content should be respectful of diverse cultural backgrounds and avoid stereotypes.

Non-Discriminatory: Promotions should not discriminate against any individual or group based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics.

d. Compliance with Advertising Regulations:

Promotional content must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including:

Truth in Advertising: Claims made in promotional content must be substantiated and truthful.

Endorsements and Testimonials: Any endorsements or testimonials used in promotional content must be genuine and comply with applicable laws regarding disclosure

Monitoring, Review, and Enforcement

Kladit is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform by ensuring that all promotional content adheres to our standards. As part of this commitment, Kladit reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any promotional content that violates our policies.

a. Review Process:

All promotional content is subject to review by Kladit’s content moderation team. This review process is designed to ensure that content complies with our guidelines and meets our quality standards. The review process may include:

Initial Review: Promotional content is reviewed before it goes live on the platform. Content that does not meet our standards may be rejected or returned to the seller for revisions.

Ongoing Monitoring: Kladit may continue to monitor promotional content throughout the duration of the promotion. Content that violates our policies may be removed at any time, even after it has been approved.

Sellers will be notified of any modifications made to their promotional content and may be required to submit updated materials.

b. Enforcement:

Sellers who repeatedly violate Kladit’s Promotion Policy may be subject to enforcement actions, including:

Suspension of Promotion Privileges: Sellers may lose access to promotion services for a specified period of time.

Account Suspension: In cases of severe or repeated violations, Kladit may suspend or terminate the seller’s account entirely.

Reporting Violations

Kladit encourages users and sellers to report any potential violations of this Promotion Policy. Reports can be submitted through the following channels:
